MINDFULNESS

     Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment without judgment. It involves bringing awareness to one's thoughts, feelings, and surroundings in a non-reactive and accepting manner.

      ​By practicing mindfulness, individuals can learn to observe their thoughts and emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them, which can lead to reduced stress, improved focus, and greater overall well-being.

CBT HYPNOTHERAPY (CBH)

     CBT Hypnotherapy (CBH) combines elements of CBT and hypnotherapy to create a more comprehensive approach to treating mental health issues.

    In CBH, the individual is guided into a state of deep relaxation through hypnosis, which allows them to access their subconscious mind. Once in this state, the therapist uses CBT techniques to help the individual identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors, replacing them with more positive and realistic ones.

     This approach can be particularly effective for individuals who have tried traditional talk therapy without success or who have deeper-rooted issues that require a more intensive approach.

COACHING

     Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you explore your strengths, clarify your goals, and unlock your potential to create meaningful change.

     Through a supportive and forward-focused partnership, I guide you in breaking free from limiting thought patterns and discovering the unique solutions that work best for you.

     Whether you’re looking to build confidence, navigate life transitions, or achieve personal and professional growth, coaching empowers you to uncover your extraordinary self and take action toward the life you desire.

I am Mehmet, CBT Hypnotherapist.

I’m here to support you on your journey toward improved mental and emotional well-being. Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, managing stress, breaking unwanted habits, or striving for a more balanced and fulfilling life, my goal is to empower and guide you every step of the way.

I hold registration (GHR-9585) as a CBT Hypnotherapist and have an NCFE-accredited Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy (Dip CBH), ensuring you receive care from a qualified and compassionate professional.

With over 25 years of experience in public administration leadership, including senior and project management roles, as well as expertise in public relations, I have consistently focused on people-centered approaches to tackle challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

My academic background, combined with international research and professional experience, equips me to provide not only empathy and understanding but also strategic coaching and consulting for your personal and professional growth.

My mission is to create a supportive environment where you can explore, heal, and thrive. Through therapy and coaching, I aim to help you overcome barriers, gain clarity, and achieve your best life.

Using a holistic approach, I combine therapy, hypnosis, and coaching to tailor a pathway for your growth and positive change. As a Mindfulness Practitioner, I encourage embracing the Power of Here and Now, helping you integrate it into every aspect of your life. As an amateur Ney (Turkish bamboo flute) player, I incorporate the calming and reflective qualities of music into therapy.
